I took a nap today. There’s a big gap in my step chart between 2:00 pm and 4:00 pm that shows I was inactive. To achieve this state, I left work early. I’m fighting a cold. I’m not miserable but today was a good day not to be at work. No urgent deadlines. No pressing meetings. That’s why I could sleep guilt-free.
Here’s hoping it doesn’t affect bedtime.
