It’s the final Friday of 2016, and I’m happy to report that I haven’t missed a single Fitness Friday post in 2016. Publishing this posts every week has forced me to be honest about my habits. It’s kept eating better and exercising more on my mind week after week.
I have big plans for these weekly posts in 2017 that I look forward to sharing with my readers next month. That being said, I’d love to hear what kind of posts you are most interested in reading.
