Sunday Slideshow: 2016 Medina County Fall Foliage Tour

Now that most of the leaves have changed colors and many are falling, it’s about time for me to share my photos from this year’s Medina County Fall Foliage Tour. The annual event, first held in 1968, takes place the second weekend in October.

Peter joined Philip and me this year. We picked four out of the sixteen tour stops/points of interest and divided them over two days. On Saturday, we took a wagon ride at Spring Mist Farms in Brunswick then picked apples at an orchard in Medina. On Sunday, Philip had a grand time climbing, sliding, and playing in the corn box at Beriswill Farm in Valley City before we visited the train depot at the Liverpool Historical Society.

  1. Truly enjoyed this especially the user friendly slideshow application. So far I have not been able to find one suitable for embedding in WordPress. Do you mind telling me what you used? Nice post!
