I need a little help from my friends.
Everyone reading these weekly posts is helping me on my journey to better health. Each one of you who makes a comment to share advice or offer encouragement is helping me stay motivated.
My best friend and I created our own private Facebook group. Within that group, we share successes and challenges. She holds me accountable. Knowing that she is waiting to read my updates helps me stay on track. When I tell her that I walked instead of driving or chose veggies over cookies, she gives my post a like or a sticker. No accomplishment is too small to inspire us to cheer each other on.
