O is for Ollibean

As I mentioned in yesterday’s post, I’m trying to develop my own list of resources about autism. I’m looking to get information from those who include self-advocates in meaningful ways.

One site that I’ve only recently discovered is Ollibean. It’s a social networking site that connects anyone with an interest in disabilities, those who want to learn about battling ableism and those who like to see diversity celebrated. The site includes news from all areas, plus articles related to specific disabilities, including autism.

Read more about the site here.

I’m blogging on the topic of autism acceptance in the month of April as part of the Blogging A to Z Challenge.

What do you have to say about that?
